Great service, delivery and product

I was very impressed by the way they attended to their customers. They helped me select 2 mattress sets with bed frames. They were delivered & set up for me. Very efficient! Jordan’s will be my go to store if I ever need to purchase anything again! I highly recommend! Oh, did I mention they also have beautiful furniture!!!

A small selection of excellent, locally made mattresses. After checking literally every mattress store in Hot Springs, AR, I came back to buy the first one they showed me. The other places informed me that they no longer make flip-able mattresses (unless you special order from particular places/companies) while Jordan does. I've had one of their mattresses in the distant past, before joining the military, and it was the best mattress I've ever owned. Glad to have the opportunity to buy another one after all this time. Jordan Bedding makes their mattresses (not getting them from some other company) and stands by their product and it shows. I appreciate the great customer service. There was virtually no waiting around, and I could pick up my order, or have it delivered for a reasonable fee within a couple days. The mattress is exactly what I was looking for and I'm incredibly happy with my purchase. I have chronic nerve pain, and it is quite comfortable, regardless of the springs in its construction. I can't even feel them. I highly recommended giving them a shot. Thanks for providing excellent local products at comparable prices to the big box stores. I'm glad I could support a smaller business and it didn't break my bank. Highly recommend your next mattress come from them.

Best experience I ever had purchasing a mattress. Everyone there was so friendly and so informative with their products. We purchased a queen size bed and I've only had it for 1 week and I can feel the structural support this bed is made with. The top is so soft but yet I can feel the support underneath. I can tell after just one week that I am going to love this bed for a long time. I love it too that it's a double-sided mattress and will most likely get 3 to 5 years more out of this mattress than a traditional one-sided mattress from a brand name manufacturer. If you need a mattress and you are anywhere near Hot Springs you absolutely must check Jordan Bedding before you purchase a mattress, I promise you'd be doing yourself a favor.
