If you’re searching for the best place to buy a mattress in Arkansas, the answer has been the same for decades, and the community agrees.
Jordan Mattress & Home in Hot Springs has been voted Best Mattress Store by readers of the Sentinel-Record and the Hot Springs Village Voice for more than ten consecutive years. The Malvern Daily Record added the category three years ago — and Jordan Mattress & Home has won it every year since.
That’s not a marketing claim. That’s Arkansas families voting with their experience.
Why Arkansas Shoppers Keep Choosing Jordan Mattress & Home
Most mattress stores sell mattresses. Jordan Mattress & Home makes them.
Founded in 1958 and in Hot Springs since 1981, Jordan Mattress & Home is one of the only factory-direct mattress manufacturers still operating in Arkansas. Every mattress sold in our showroom is handcrafted right here in our local factory — by real people, using quality materials, the same way we’ve done it for over 65 years.
When you buy from a big chain store, you’re paying for advertising, distribution, and retail markup. When you buy from Jordan Mattress & Home, you’re buying directly from the people who made it — which means better quality at a lower price.
What Makes a Great Mattress Store?
Arkansas shoppers have made their choice clear, but what are they actually choosing? Here’s what sets Jordan Mattress & Home apart from every other mattress option in the state:
Factory-Direct Pricing Because we manufacture our own mattresses, there is no middleman. Customers typically save 40–60% compared to name-brand mattresses at retail chain stores. You get a better mattress for less money and you’re supporting a local Arkansas business while you do it.
Two-Sided, Flippable Innerspring Mattresses Most major mattress brands stopped making two-sided mattresses years ago to increase profit. Jordan Mattress & Home still makes them. A two-sided mattress can be flipped and rotated, which distributes wear evenly and significantly extends the life of the mattress, comparable to rotating tires or quality sofa cushions. . It’s a better product and we’ve never stopped making it.
12 Comfort Levels No two sleepers are alike. Jordan Mattress & Home offers 12 comfort levels — from ultra-firm to luxury plush — including innerspring, memory foam, Talalay latex, and hybrid options. Whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach, there is a Jordan mattress built for how you sleep.
Custom Sizing Need a mattress for an RV, a houseboat, an antique bed frame, or a non-standard size? Jordan Mattress & Home manufactures custom-sized mattresses to your exact measurements. It’s one of the many things a factory-direct manufacturer can do that a retail chain simply cannot.
Local Delivery Across Central Arkansas Jordan Mattress & Home delivers to Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, Benton, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Arkadelphia, Alexander, and surrounding communities throughout Garland County, Saline County, Pulaski County, and beyond.
Financing Options That Make It Easy
A quality handcrafted mattress is an investment in your health and sleep. Jordan Mattress & Home offers financing through both Affirm and Synchrony so you can get the mattress you need within a budget that works for you.
