How to Find Your Perfect Mattress
Step 1: Select a Mattress
Choose from our handcrafted collection based on your preferences by seeking guidance from one of our mattress experts in the showroom. Tell the sales person the purpose of the mattress, i.e. for yourself, guest, or children's room; and preferences about feel and materials, i.e. firm, medium, soft.
Step 2: Test in Your Sleep Position
Don't just touch the mattress. It's best to shop in comfortable clothing and try out the mattress in the position you prefer to sleep. Try each mattress you think you will like for 5 to 10 minutes or longer.
Step 3: Evaluate Comfort & Support
Assess how the mattress feels to you. Does it support you the way you prefer? How does it feel in pressure points like shoulders and hips? How does it feel in small of the back? If you sleep with a partner, try the bed together to see how the motion feels. Make sure you get the size that works best. If you think you need a queen, have you considered a king?

Comfort Trial Details
30 Day Trial Period
Trial begins on delivery date. Exchange only for another mattress.
Qualifying purchases
Comfort Trial is only available on mattress purchases of $699 or more.
Mattress Protector Required
Customer must purchases a stain-resistant mattress protector at time of sale to be eligible for comfort trial.
Only One Exchange Allowed
Only one exchange allowed with each qualified purchase.
Exclusions Apply
Trial void on mattresses that are stained, damaged, smell of smoke, or have bad odors. Floor models, clearance items, adjustable bases and custom size mattresses do not qualify.
Exchange Fees
A restock fee of $90 plus delivery/pickup fee will be applied to any exchange. Exchanges for more expensive models incur price difference. Credit for less expensive model will be given to customer minus restock and delivery fee.
