The Jordan Mattress & Home Point of Sale application (“the Software”) is a private, internal business tool developed by and for Jordan Mattress & Home, 4735 Malvern Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71901 (“the Company”). It is used to record in-store sales, manage products and customers, and synchronize accounting records with QuickBooks Online.

1. Who may use the Software

The Software is licensed solely for use by the Company and its authorized employees. It is not sold, distributed, or made available to the public, and no license is granted to any other person or business.

2. Ownership

The Software and all business data it manages are the property of the Company. QuickBooks® and QuickBooks Online® are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc.; the Software is an independent tool that connects to QuickBooks Online with the account holder’s authorization and is not made or endorsed by Intuit.

3. Data

The Software handles customer and sales information belonging to the Company. That information is used only for order processing, receipts, delivery, and bookkeeping, as described in our Privacy Policy. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

4. Acceptable use

Authorized users agree to use the Software only for legitimate Company business, to keep their sign-in credentials private, and not to copy, modify, or attempt to access data beyond their assigned role.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is” for internal business use, without warranties of any kind. The Company may modify, suspend, or retire the Software at any time.
