These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Jordan Brothers Bedding, Inc. dba Jordan Mattress & Home (“Jordan Mattress & Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Orders
We sell mattresses, furniture, and accessories online and in-store.
From time to time, custom and special orders may be available (e.g., RV, houseboat, or antique-size mattresses). These are considered final sale and cannot be canceled once confirmed.
All products are described as accurately as possible. However, variations in fabric, ticking patterns, colors, or finishes may occur and do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in error.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Sales tax is collected as required by law.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Affirm through WooCommerce.
Payment is due at the time of order.
Prices are subject to change at any time. In the event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to correct the error and either cancel the order or give you the option to proceed at the correct price.
3. Delivery & Shipping
We offer local delivery within Arkansas at the following rates:
Within 30 miles of our store: $50
Including Benton or Arkadelphia: $80
Including Little Rock, Alexander, or North Little Rock: $100
Other areas in Arkansas: quoted individually
Out-of-state shipping: quotes available by calling the store
Delivery fees will be shown at checkout or confirmed when your order is scheduled. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may result in additional fees.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Full details are provided on our Return & Exchange Policy page.
Mattresses: once delivered and unwrapped, mattresses are non-returnable unless defective under warranty.
Accessories & furniture: returns or exchanges may be accepted per our posted policy.
Custom and special orders: not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once placed.
Order cancellations: customers may cancel before delivery or shipping for a full refund, except for custom/special orders.
5. Warranty
All mattresses are covered by our Jordan Mattress & Home warranty (see Warranty Policy page for full details).
Accessories and furniture may carry warranties from the manufacturer.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Jordan Mattress & Home’s liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, injury from misuse, or allergic reactions to materials.
Products must be used with appropriate frames and supports as outlined in our warranty. Improper use may void coverage.
7. Website Use
All content on this site (images, text, logos, branding, product descriptions) is the property of Jordan Mattress & Home and may not be copied or used without permission.
You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or attempt fraudulent transactions.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Garland County, Arkansas.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
