Jordan Mattress & Home Warranty & Care Guide

Mattress Do's

  • For our two-sided mattresses, rotate and flip completely over occasionally for even wear. Rotate your mattress occasionally if you have a single-sided mattress to increase comfort and longevity. 
  • Use an appropriate bed frame with center support on queen and king size sets to meet warranty requirements.
  • Let your new sleep set air out and dispose of all plastic packaging as soon as possible.
  • Keep your bedding clean and use a mattress protector always, especially if children or pets use the bed.
  • Purchase Jordan Mattresses with a matching foundation to provide proper support.
  • Carry your mattress upright, flat on its side. Avoid sliding or dragging to prevent damage.
  • Keep the law tag label at the end of your mattress, it helps identify the manufacturing date and warranty information. 

Mattress Don'ts

  • Don’t expose to fire or place near open flame. This mattress and foundation meets federal flammability standards but is not flame retardant and can ignite. Bedding materials can burn and emit smoke and hazardous gases. 
  • Don’t misplace your proof of purchase.
  • Don’t bend your innerspring mattress under any circumstances; this damages the innerspring unit and voids the warranty. 
  • Don’t let anyone stand or jump on your mattress. It wasn’t built for weight concentration or abuse. 
  • Don’t allow your mattress to get wet.
  • Don’t place a board between your mattress and foundation.
  • Don’t remove the law tag label. 
  • Don’t use dry cleaning fluid on your mattress-chemicals may damage construction materials.
  • Don’t use your mattress without a proper mattress protector.

Warranty Coverage

What Your Warranty Covers

Your warranty protects you from the day you purchase your sleep set and is not prorated. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers).

If you observe a defect, please contact the retail location where you purchased your mattress set. If the retailer cannot be contacted, please write directly to:

Please provide proof and date of purchase and be the original purchasing customer. Your Jordan mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced (at our option) exclusive of transportation costs to our manufacturing location.

Important: This warranty is only valid for Jordan mattresses purchased from authorized dealers. Warranty only applies to original consumer and all claims must be accompanied by original store receipt or other proof of purchase.

This Jordan Limited Warranty begins on the day you purchase your sleep set. If your sleep set is repaired or replaced, the limited warranty will not be renewed or extended.

Jordan Mattress & Home does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person’s medical condition.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Jordan Mattress & Home does not authorize any persons to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to products used in hotels, motels, or institutional facilities. Commercial warranties will be provided to these entities upon purchase. 

The Jordan Mattress & Home Warranty covers only the following items during normal wear:

Mattress:

  • Mattresses on a matching foundation purchased at the same time, or mattresses on a solid platform-type bed with good center support
  • Wires that are loose, broken, or protrude through fabric
  • Sagging, if the mattress has been continuously supported by a matching foundation and used with an appropriate frame and center support. Frame must have at least 5 legs or a rigid center support with at least 5 hardwood cross slats for queen and king sets. A rigid center support is equal to a support that extends from the frame to the ground.
  • Body impressions greater than 1½”

Foundation:

  • (Coverage terms for foundation if applicable)
  • Broken or loose support elements.
  • Sagging, but only when continuously supporated as noted above. 

Please note: Jordan Brothers Bedding Inc. reserves the right to refuse to service mattresses that are heavily soiled or damaged.

All other claims, including incidental or consequential damages, are precluded. If identical materials are not available at the time of warranty claim, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.

This warranty does not cover mattresses that are soiled or are subjected to misuse by consumer.

Any and all implied warranties on this product shall not exceed in duration the term of this Jordan Limited 10-Year Non-Prorated Warranty (5-Year Non-Prorated on Camelot Set.)

The Jordan Mattress & Home Warranty does not cover items such as, but not limited to:

  • Bedding sold “as is”
  • Change of price on mattress after purchase
  • Bedding height
  • Bent borderrods due to moving or bending the sleep set.
  • Fabric stains, soiling or burning. 
  • Replacement of another piece in a sleep set unless it is also defective
  • Transportation costs or delivery fees for repair or replacement of mattress.
